At Molecule LLC, we take product quality, packaging integrity, and fulfillment accuracy seriously. Because our products are research materials intended for laboratory use only, special handling and safety considerations apply.

For these reasons, our refund and return policies are strictly defined below.


1. All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of research chemicals and laboratory materials, all sales are final once an order has been processed and shipped.

We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns except under the limited circumstances outlined in this policy. If a customer initiates a chargeback without prior approval from Molecule LLc/ moleculepeptides.com, their information will be forwarded to a collections agency for further action.

This policy helps ensure:

  • product integrity
  • compliance with laboratory handling standards
  • safety of all customers

2. Eligible Order Issues (Replacement or Store Credit Only)

If your order experiences one of the following verified fulfillment errors, Molecule LLC may offer either:

  • a free replacement shipment, or
  • store credit toward a future order

Eligible issues include:

  • Incorrect product (wrong SKU) shipped
  • Incorrect labeling on the product
  • Expired inventory shipped
  • Product container seal or cap arrives broken or open
  • Tracking number fails to update or package shows no carrier movement within 10 business days of shipment (domestic U.S. orders)

If one of these issues occurs, please contact our support team within 30 days of delivery.

Requests submitted after this timeframe cannot be accommodated.


3. Required Documentation for Claims

To submit a claim, customers must provide the following:

  • Order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Clear photographs showing the problem
    • incorrect product or label
    • broken seal or packaging
    • expiration date and lot number

This documentation allows our fulfillment team to properly investigate the issue.

Failure to provide documentation may result in denial of the claim.


4. Resolution Options

If the issue qualifies under Section 2, Molecule LLC will determine the appropriate resolution:

Option 1 — Replacement Shipment

We may ship a replacement order at no cost to the customer.

Option 2 — Store Credit

Store credit may be issued for the value of the affected items.

Store credit:

  • can only be used toward future purchases
  • cannot be redeemed for cash
  • cannot be transferred

We do not issue monetary refunds.


5. Return Requirements

In most cases involving damaged or incorrect products, returns are not required.

However, if a return is requested for investigation purposes, the product must be:

  • unopened
  • unused
  • in original packaging

If returned items arrive opened, damaged, or tampered with, they will not be eligible for credit or replacement.


6. Shipping Carrier Issues

Once an order is transferred to the shipping carrier, transit is fully managed by the carrier.

Molecule LLC is not responsible for carrier-related issues, including:

  • delivery delays
  • lost or stolen packages marked as Delivered
  • shipping disruptions outside our control

If tracking shows Delivered, the package is considered fulfilled.

Customers experiencing lost or stolen packages may contact the carrier to file a claim.

For additional protection, customers are encouraged to select shipping insurance at checkout when available.


7. Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout.

Molecule LLC is not responsible for orders that:

  • are shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer
  • are returned due to incomplete address information

Orders returned due to address issues may be reshipped at the customer’s expense.


8. Backorders and Inventory Availability

Molecule LLC operates within a global supply chain for research materials. Occasionally, products may become temporarily unavailable.

If an item becomes unavailable after an order is placed, we may:

  • contact the customer for replacement options
  • delay shipment until restocked
  • offer store credit for the unavailable item

9. Fraud Prevention

Molecule LLC reserves the right to deny refunds, replacements, or credits in cases of suspected:

  • refund abuse
  • fraudulent claims
  • product misuse
  • policy violations

Accounts engaging in abuse may be restricted from future purchases.


10. Research Use Only Compliance

All products sold by Molecule LLC are for laboratory research purposes only.

Products are not intended for human or veterinary use.

Customers acknowledge that improper use, handling, or storage voids any eligibility for replacement or credit.
